 Raw Material Arrived

Confirm delivery order content especially for batch number. Batch numbers can trace customer’s complains in the future.

Confirm material supplier’s physical data sheet and sulfur sheet comfort to raw materials requirements. Record raw materials on the inventory card. Master FIFO management.

 Mixing

Mixing is the key step for rubber productions. Raw material and compound agents are mixing evenly for forming processing.

 Producing

Prepare rubber materials and mixing. Forming processing depends on a variety of ways, such as compression molding、injection molding.

 Patrol Inspection 

Check rubber production dimensions and appearance defects. If article have abnormal, QC department informs abnormal notification to   production department. QC records NG quantity and abnormal causes.

 Trimming

Remove excess flash or parting line’s spill. Trimming for Rubber productions sealing、appearance and dimensions.

 Two-stage vulcanization

After rubber go through first-stage vulcanization, rubber productions have general elasticity and shape. Go through two-stage vulcanization, rubber can have complete cross-linking, release residual volatiles, and upgrade physical property.

 Full Product Inspection

Check each production one by one to avoid defective output. Also, pre-mass productions control quality.

 Packing & Shipping

Check production, paste label and confirm order content .Notify customer and freight forwarder for shipping.
