Automotive & Motorcycles parts

The automotive industry is a technology and capital-intensive industry, and a car consists of more than 30,000 components. In terms of material selection, high-performance synthetic rubbers such as fluororubber, silicone rubber, acrylate rubber, and chloroether rubber have grown significantly. Natural rubber is used for tires of automobile components. The door and window seals are made of EPDM with ozone resistance and weathering resistance. The NR and SBR materials are suitable for the shock absorption and sound insulation of modern automobiles. Automotive hoses have increased with oxygen-containing fuels. Low-permeability CSM and fluoroelastomer rubber have been used to replace NBR. Air-conditioning tubes are mostly made of butyl rubber to prevent refrigerant penetration.
